The weapon of choice in its time
Nothing like it, this one's prime
A brass body with lever action
Fifteen rounds was the attraction

Enough rounds to last a week
For the rabbits that i seek
A trusty companion by my side
Or in my holster when i ride

Bison, turkey, boar and deer
I always keep my long barrel near
